Dr. Jordan Boland, DDS
I grew up in Chautauqua County in the small town of Sherman, NY. I attended St. Bonaventure University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics in 2018. During my time at St. Bonaventure, I interned here at Family Dental Wellness for nearly 3 years. It was in those years that really solidified dentistry as being the right career for me. After Bonaventure, I then went straight on to the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where I graduated in 2022.
Following my training in dental school, I went on to complete a residency program in general dentistry at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Being a hospital-based program, I had the opportunity to collaborate with several other physicians, helping broaden my knowledge of medicine beyond just dentistry. During that time, I treated medically complex patients in all aspects of general dentistry along with gaining vast experience in dental traumas and emergencies. Once I completed my residency, I decided it was time to finally come back home.
I’m a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Developmental Medicine & Dentistry, and the Chicago Dental Society. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with my friends, family, and my cat, Simba.
Along with the core values here at Family Dental Wellness, I strive to make the connection between one’s overall health and dental health, wanting nothing more than to educate my patients on this invaluable reality.
Rob Pascarella, RDH – Hygienist
I grew up in Bradford, PA and went to Bradford Area High School. After graduation, I attended The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, and Erie Community College where I earned an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004. I joined the Family Dental Wellness Team in the spring of 2013, but have been working in the dental field for over 20 years! I love working with all age groups and enjoy getting to know each and every patient. It is a goal of mine to make sure everyone that sits down in my chair is comfortable and at ease & understands the connection between oral and systemic health! I still live in Bradford, PA and when I’m not working I enjoy being outside during the summer swimming, and working on my house. I always enjoy time spent with my friends & family.
Nicole "Nicky" Lund, RDH- Hygienist
Born and raised in Olean, NY I am a graduate of Olean High School. I spent a brief period of time in North Carolina where I first began gaining experience in the dental field as a dental assistant. After returning to the area I worked for a local practice as a dental assistant. I ultimately left the practice to join my family in developing a local business. During this time, I returned to school, attending SUNY Jamestown Community College. Upon completion, I pursued my dream of becoming a Dental Hygienist and was accepted into the Dental Hygiene program at SUNY Erie Community College where I earned an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. In the spring of 2017 I graduated with honors, and am a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Since then I have been practicing in the Twin Tiers Region. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people who have helped me develop and hone my skills as a Dental Hygienist.
Chelsea Eliason - BS/RDH- Hygienist
I currently reside in Pennsylvania where I was raised. I graduated from Otto-Eldred Jr Sr High School and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. In 2015, I started as Dr. Schneider’s intern because my dream was to become a dentist. In June of 2016 I was offered a position and was excited to be a part of his team! I absolutely love dentistry and I’m always excited to learn new things about the field. After working with Dr. Schneider for several years, I decided to go back to school to obtain a degree in Dental Hygiene. This field of work is very rewarding as I love to see patients leave our office with not only a healthy and happy smile, but also a healthy body!
In my free time, I enjoy:

Brooke Lord – Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Brooke Lord. I currently reside in Pennsylvania where I was born and raised. I graduated from Otto/Eldred Jr/High School in 2014. At the end of my high school era I was uncertain of what my purpose in life was. After taking a few years off I decided to go to school for Dental Assisting. My favorite thing about people is seeing them enjoy life and smiling. So, I thought what could be a better job than getting to make patients feel comfortable in their own smile every single day.
In September of 2017 I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Boces in Olean, NY. I am certified in CPR, infection control, and Radiation Health and Safety. I have now been a Dental Assistant for a little over two years now. I joined the Family Dental Wellness family in September of 2018 and I am so excited to get to work with such an exceptional team.
On my free time I love spending my time with family and the outdoors fishing, kayaking, shooting archery etc.
Reba Davis, DA
I grew up in Bradford, PA and moved to Olean in 2008. I went to dental assisting school at BOCES here in Olean, graduated in 2014, and have been assisting for 7 years now. In my free time I enjoy the outdoors and any activities with my children. I have many hobbies but my favorite is flipping old furniture.
Talynn Lippert, DA
I live in Allegany where I have just moved too. I graduated from Lakeshore in Angola and shortly after, began my journey as a dental assistant. I attended the BOCES program in Williamsville where I graduated in 2021. I am currently working on becoming a registered dental assistant. In March 2023, I began working at Family Dental Wellness which I am blessed and honored to be considered part of this team. In my free time I enjoy hiking, family time and generally spending relaxing time outdoors.

Denise Schneider – CFO
I am originally from the Buffalo area. In 1990 Bernie and I moved to Allegany, where together we raised our three children and grew our practice. We have worked together for over 25 years, weaving a nice balance of both of our talents. I look forward every day to spending my time with a team of compassionate and dedicated dental health professionals. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy gardening, creating art, reading and yoga. I think I speak for both of us when I acknowledge our favorite way to spend time is with our children and grandchildren.
Kelly Miller - Treatment Coordinator
I am a native to this area and enjoy raising my children here in Western New York. I worked in the medical field for 2 years prior and decided I wanted to try something new. I started here at Family Dental Wellness in April 2016 & I absolutely love being a part of Dr. Schneider’s team. I find that it is very rewarding when we help make our patients feel comfortable with their own smile. I also enjoy learning new information that will help me better assist our patients. During my free time I enjoy watching my children play sports, reading, walking, and spending quality time with my family.
Sarah Nodler, Billing Coordinator
My name is Sarah, I was born and raised in Olean where I graduated from OHS in 2010. After high school, I wasn’t sure what direction I wanted to go career wise so I enrolled at JCC and discovered my passion for office administration & computer technology. There, I received my Associate’s degree in Office Technology and graduated in 2013. I joined the Family Dental Wellness team in 2020 and have been able use the skills I learned in school to help the front desk run smoothly and make every patient’s visit a pleasant, positive experience.
I enjoy spending time with my family & dogs, reading, going to the movies, and seeing Broadway shows.
